This data privacy information informs you that no personal data about you is collected and processed by LEDVANCE via the FIELD ASSISTANT app during normal use of the app.
Personal data will only be processed in the event of transmission and analysis of error and crash reports if you have given your prior consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.
To ensure the stability and reliability of our app, we use the Firebase Crashlytics service
provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For
users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland, Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4
Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland is responsible.
Firebase Crashlytics is used to determine the eƯects of a crash and to investigate the cause.
This will allow us to immediately improve the stability and performance of the application for users. The collection and processing of data in this context only takes place with your prior
consent in accordance with Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. This consent can be withdrawn at any time with eƯect for the future.
If consent is granted, the following data is processed:
Device type
Operating system
App version
Time of crash
Device identification number
User-defined keys/values (e.g. specific states of the app)
User-defined log messages (to obtain context about events leading up to the crash)
Google LLC. is certified according to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) insofar as
data is processed outside the EU/EEA in the USA in the course of using Google Firebase
Crashlytics. Data transfers to the USA are therefore legitimized by the European
Commission's adequacy decision under Art. 45 DSGVO. Further information on the EU-US

In addition, Google integrates the so-called standard contractual clauses of the European
Commission in its contracts in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
